Gun safety?

You know what! I cannot stand the argument of "We need gun safety in america!" When a mass murderer walks in to a movie theater he doesn't forget to turn on the safety or forget point it to the ground. That person is walking in for a reason to kill, no matter what weapon he has hes thinking KILL!!! So as Americans we dont have a problem with gun safety we have a problem with psychotic individuals wanting to KILL!!! We must identify the correct problem before we can fix it.
