What is Cyber bullying? Cyber bullying takes on disguise or anonymity allowing for unusual situations to occur more frequently due to the separation in HI. This scenario seems to fall in line with “it is only wrong if you get caught”. Then again cyber bullying is not policed and the web has been known to produce conversations of hate even by people proclaiming to be fair and equal. Why are we so careful about our feelings when we give others power but yet we are so quick to care less about others feelings when we have the power.
